"Chef's Dining Buffet" will offer a variety of delicacies from around the world under the title of "World Gourmet Collection" for one year from April 2024.
The theme of the third edition offered in the autumn of appetite is "World Mushroom Fair". The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama's famous Italy and Japan cuisine and Chef supervised menu of a Chinese restaurant that can only be eaten by members of the Yokohama Bay Court Club will be brought together to deliver the taste of autumn with a focus on mushrooms from all over the world.

This Chef's Specialty (dinner only), which will be prepared as a special amuse, will offer "Matsutake mushroom and chrysanthemum flower dip (Japan dish), bamboo shomai (Chinese dish), porcini veloute with light truffle ecum (Italy dish)" prepared by each of the three Chef.

After enjoying four brunch dishes and six dinner dishes, which are all restaurant-quality cuisine prepared in the live kitchen, you can enjoy sweet treats made with autumn flavors such as Japanese chestnuts and pears, created by Chef pastry chef. The brunch in particular has a lineup of about 20 kinds of desserts.
