THE KAHALA HOTEL & RESORT YOKOHAMA (Address: 1-1-3 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture / General Manager: Yasutoshi Abe), which celebrated its 5th anniversary in September 2025, will be holding a "Sakura Drink Selection" at THE KAHALA Lounge for a limited time from Monday, March 16th to Wednesday, April 15th, 2026.

This spring's menu includes four original cocktails with different expressions, a cream soda with a striking soft cherry blossom color, and an original latte that enhances the scent of spring. The delicate aftertaste of the cherry blossom color and fragrance gently spreads with each sip, painting a spring scene. Enjoy the beauty of the changing seasons with a drink that suits a wide range of occasions, from brunch and afternoon tea to bar time, and spend a relaxing spring moment.

This drink is based on "ROKU," a gin that incorporates Japanese botanicals, and the cherry blossom liqueur "Kanade," and is layered with the gentle sweetness of coconut water and syrup and the nuance of white cacao. The Japanese ingredients and the soft tropical aroma are in harmony, and the light taste is softly complemented by the aftertaste of cherry blossoms. It is a taste that resonates with Japanese and Hawaiian sensibilities.

A long cocktail with a striking, vibrant cherry blossom color. Gorgeous fruit liqueur is combined with the refreshing acidity of yuzu, and finished off with a light touch of tonic water. The espuma layered on top dissolves smoothly, and the flavor changes as you drink it. The light and refreshing taste evokes the splendor of cherry blossom season.

The dignified aroma of gin, which incorporates botanical ingredients unique to Japan, is the base, and the scent of cherry blossoms is expressed by layering nuances of flowers and citrus fruits. This non-alcoholic drink is based on the gentle flavor of cherry blossoms, layered with the bright acidity of lemon and the refreshing feeling of lemongrass.
