THE KAHALA HOTEL & RESORT YOKOHAMA (Address: 1-1-3 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture / General Manager: Yasutoshi Abe), which celebrated its 5th anniversary in September 2025, will be offering a Hawaiian Spring Afternoon Tea at THE KAHALA Lounge for a limited time from Wednesday, April 1 to Sunday, May 31, 2026. Reservations will begin on Saturday, February 28 at 12:00 PM.

Spring is a season of great change, both in our environment and our emotions. While our hearts beat fast for new beginnings, it can also be a time when our minds are easily shaken. It is precisely in this spring that we want to bring you the happiness of Hawaii, filled with sunshine. Hawaii is more than just a tropical paradise; it's a place where the philosophy of living peacefully in harmony with nature and the "aloha spirit" of cherishing gratitude live on. This spring, to welcome the new season with a positive attitude, we have created a menu based on the theme of "Hawaii x Spring," combining the cheerful colors of Hawaii with the soft light of spring. Our sweets incorporate colors reminiscent of tropical fruits and flowers, creating a light sweetness and a spring-like translucence. Our savory dishes carefully bring out the umami of the ingredients, creating flavors that will enrich your afternoon.
In addition, an original herbal tea created in collaboration with TYNK, a craft herbal tea brand that incorporates knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and captures the blessings of nature, will be added to the drink menu. This unique blend of Hyuugatouki, ginseng, chrysanthemum, ginger, and more will gently balance your mind and body as you adapt to the changing seasons and living environment.

A gentle flavor of chamomile and chrysanthemums accented with ginger and mandarin peel. The soft floral scent harmonizes with subtle citrus nuances, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon.
<Stay Cleansed>
A refreshing blend of Houttuynia cordata and shiso leaves layered with chamomile, ginger, and Hyuugatouki. The dignified aroma and light aftertaste will refresh your mind and body, making this a recommended drink for when you want to take a new step.
