THE KAHALA HOTEL & RESORT YOKOHAMA (Address: 1-1-3 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture / General Manager: Yasutoshi Abe), which celebrated its 5th anniversary in September 2025, will be offering "Strawberry on the Thin Pancake" for a limited time at THE KAHALA Lounge starting Monday, January 5, 2026.

One of the signature dishes at THE KAHALA Lounge, the Shin Pancake, was first introduced as a breakfast buffet item at THE KAHALA HOTEL & RESORT, Honolulu, Hawaii, when the hotel first opened 61 years ago. Inspired by crepes, the unique style of thinly rolled pancake batter is a signature of THE KAHALA HOTEL & RESORT. These flavorful pancakes, dipped in a rich maple butter sauce, have a chewy texture that's delicious even when cold.
The limited-time menu, available from January, features a gorgeous dish topped with 14 strawberries. The freshness and sweet-and-sour taste of the fruit blends with the rich aroma of maple butter, creating a luxurious experience that will satisfy your soul.
