The "Premium Buffet Goku -KIWAMI-" will be sublimated into "Chef's Gallery Goku -KIWAMI-" in 2026. The concept of high-end ingredients and the chef's sophisticated live kitchen cuisine are a feast for the eyes and palate, making each dish look like a museum exhibit. The first batch will be a Chinese buffet featuring fin fins, lobster, and taraba crab, which are representative of high-end seafood and are characterized by their volume and rich umami. Indulge in special dishes in the live kitchen and the signature menu of the members-only hotel Yokohama Bay Court Club Chinese Cuisine Chef Kobayashi adjacent to the hotel.
