New menu at Japanese Hanagoyomi Lunch
Hana Chazen, a popular dish at Japanese Hanagoyomi, will be relaunched as Shunka on Friday, April 3rd. Enjoy a selection of dishes from the evening kaiseki course and the pleasure of choosing your favorite sweet treat from the dessert cart, adding a touch of elegance to your afternoon. This new menu, which allows you to more casually experience the idea of "expressing the changing of the seasons through cuisine," reflects the seasonal expression of each dish. Cuisine that makes the most of seasonal ingredients and a presentation that exudes elegance. Combining these two words, Shunka brings the flavors and aesthetic sense of Japanese Hanagoyomi closer to you. We hope you enjoy the flow of a kaiseki meal and the lingering elegance of the meal.
