This cake, which combines the sweet and sour flavors of bright red fruit with the mellow aroma of vanilla, is based on the traditional French pastry "Charlotte" and is adorned with plenty of fresh strawberries for a gorgeous finish. Attention has been paid to the individuality of the ingredients and their composition, with a dacquoise pastry layered on top of cream on the inside and a strawberry jelly hidden in the center. The biscuit gently supports the outside, creating a classical and sophisticated appearance. The individuality of each ingredient is subtly highlighted, leaving you to enjoy a refined aftertaste.
