<iichiko Saiten Cocktail Fair>
Bartender Takahashi's Japan Champion Award-winning drink

To commemorate THE KAHALA Lounge bartender Yuya Takahashi's crowning as the first ever Japanese champion at the "iichiko Irodori Cocktail Competition," we will be offering three cocktails, including the winning cocktail as well as a new cocktail born from his subsequent thoughts and creations. Starting with the winning cocktail, enjoy three cocktails using "iichiko Saiten" to experience different approaches to flavor. Takahashi is one of the most highly acclaimed bartenders both in Japan and overseas, having also won the overall championship at "#HennessyMyWay 2024," a global cocktail competition hosted by the world-renowned cognac brand Hennessy.

iichiko Irodori was the first Japanese champion and won the Spirit of Saiten Award at the Japan Finals of the iichiko Irodori Cocktail Competition. It has a deep flavor that combines traditional Japanese ingredients: brown rice, mirin, and soy sauce.

Inspired by "chirashizushi," a popular dish served at celebratory occasions in Japan, this dish uses green mandarin oranges and rice vinegar to create a flavor that is both light and rich.

◆Iroha Morning 3,036 yen (tax and service charge included)
This long cocktail, with its vibrant, clear blue gradation reminiscent of the Hawaiian ocean, combines banana puree and Campari, with a light finish of tonic water.
