Using botanicals such as mango and pineapple peels, black tea leaves, and brewed coffee grounds, which were previously unused at THE KAHALA Lounge, "THE KAHALA GIN Rebloom" infuses new value into these ingredients. The cocktail boasts a sweet and elegant floral aroma reminiscent of plumeria, a bright fragrance derived from mango and pineapple, and a gentle sweetness from the black tea leaves, resulting in a lingering, elegant finish. This new cocktail lineup was created to bring out the full flavor of this gin.

This is the drink that most directly captures the gorgeousness of "THE KAHALA GIN Rebloom." It lightly enhances the flavor of pineapple, used as a key botanical, and the layers of aroma spread vividly.

The globally popular Negroni is reinterpreted with a tropical twist, featuring a dolphin-shaped mango fruit, giving the classic a playful and modern look.

Minato Mirai Sling: 3,289 yen (tax and service charge included)
A modern twist on the Singapore Sling, this urban resort style drink evokes the vibrant colors of the cherry cordial, evoking the evening view of Minato Mirai, creating a gorgeous taste that captures the afterglow of a harbor view.

◆Pineapple Gimlet: 3,289 yen (tax and service charge included)
We use homemade cordial carefully extracted from pineapple peel to give it a deep sweet and sour flavor, sublimating it into a taste that perfectly reflects the "spirit of hospitality" that pineapple symbolizes.
