The 9th edition of Premium Buffet KIWAMI is a Japanese cuisine buffet featuring a "Tuna Cutting Show." Watch as an experienced chef cut up a spectacular 80kg bluefin tuna right before your eyes. The tuna used is extremely fresh, delivered directly after the catch. Only at the cutting show can you sample rare cuts such as otoro and nakaochi. The cut parts will be cooked in the live kitchen inside the venue and served to everyone. Enjoy the spectacular cutting show along with the many dishes prepared by Japanese Hanagoyomi Chef Aoki of Kareki.
