9th Japanese Cuisine "Bluefin Tuna Cutting Show"

The 9th edition of Premium Buffet KIWAMI is a Japanese buffet featuring a "Bluefin Tuna Cutting Show." Experience an impressive cut-up show of approximately 80kg of bluefin tuna, performed right before your eyes by a skilled chef. The tuna is extremely fresh, delivered directly after being caught. Only at a cut-up show can you sample rare cuts such as otoro and nakaochi. The cut parts will be cooked in the live kitchen inside the venue and served to everyone. Enjoy the spectacular cut-up show along with the many dishes prepared by Japanese Hanagoyomi Chef Aoki.
