Hana Chazen expresses the changing of the seasons with its bold use of tableware and delicate dishes, focusing on seasonal flavors and presentation that allow you to sense the season at a glance. The theme of the menu, which will be available from early autumn, is picking up fallen leaves. With the lingering heat of autumn expected to be intense this fall, we have prepared a seasonal menu that expresses the changing colors of the trees, with the hope that you will feel the beautiful scenery of Japan since ancient times.
