Why not revitalize your body with a wellness program exclusively for guests? Trainers from The Spa will be heading out to the hotel to accompany you on a run while taking in the morning scenery of Minato Mirai. They will teach you fun and effective ways to walk and run, how to improve your form, and stretching techniques, all tailored to your physical condition and level. This program is safe for those who don't exercise regularly, and will support your morning activities. Families and individuals are welcome to participate.

Walking and running instruction and morning activity programs on nearby courses (approximately 60 minutes, 5km course or approximately 90 minutes, 7km course),
Improving form, setting appropriate distances and paces, suggesting training menus, preventing injuries, providing guidance on physical fitness, maintaining motivation, etc.
