The new course will begin on Sunday, June 1, 2025. The Italian restaurant RISTORANTE OZIO is located on the 14th floor, the top floor of the hotel, and offers a spectacular view of the Minato Mirai 21 district. This summer's menu expresses an original and elegant worldview, incorporating Chef Otsuka's favorite ingredients and techniques that he himself crave in the summer. The menu, packed with expert techniques and attention to detail, is also recommended for anniversaries.

This course is full of originality and playfulness within classic cooking methods. For amuse bouche, we have the signature creamy potato puree topped with caviar, and the Summer Mont Blanc, which heralds the arrival of summer. The lobster and scallops are served in a tomato-based sauce made with cold tomato soup that retains the texture of vegetables, making it the perfect dish for early summer. The main fish dish is paired with a hybrid sauce made from fish and meat stock and browned butter for a rich flavor, and the meat dish is made with Matsusaka beef cooked using a unique method. This is a recommended dinner course that highlights the skills and sense of Chef Otsuka.
