Early summer flower meal
"Hana Chazen" expresses the changing seasons with bold tableware and delicate dishes. The gentle flavors of the first soup stock made from storehouse-entrenched kelp and dried dried fish are served first to awaken the senses, followed by a layer of kasane hassun. After opening up to the world, the three-tiered bento box contains Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, and depicts the changes in Yokohama, where Western culture and Chinatown developed. Other exciting items that will brighten up your table include an island tray packed with bite-sized Japanese sweets and tokoroten, which you can prepare yourself using a tsukashiki (a type of Japanese jelly).
