For the year starting in April, we will be offering a variety of delicious delicacies from around the world under the title "World Gourmet Collection."
It's the season to celebrate the New Year with renewed spirits and to spend quality time with family and old friends.
The theme of the fifth installment, a time when various conversations blossom and people look forward to the cherry blossoms blooming, is "YOKOHAMA Gourmet Fair."
The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama's Italian and Japanese cuisine, as well as a menu supervised by Chef of the Chinese restaurant that is only available to members of the Yokohama Baycourt Club, will be gathered together in one place to welcome you, focusing on "first gourmet" in Yokohama, a city that has accepted various Western influences as a gateway to foreign cultures.

"Napolitan" is a representative gourmet dish that originated in Yokohama,

"Gyu-nabe" is the origin of meat culture, where beef is stewed with miso and green onions in a shallow iron pot.

"Seafood Doria" is butter rice topped with creamy seafood,

"Sanmamen" means raw vegetables in Chinese and is a ramen topping of vegetable sauce.
