The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama x "Bvlgari Ginza Bar Masato Ishioka"

Produced by Shinya Totsuka, Executive Bar Director at The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, The Session is a one-night-only collaboration event featuring famous top bartenders.
This is the 16th edition, and we have invited Masato Ishioka (Bulgari Ginza), who won first place in the world's largest bartender competition "BVLGARI CLASS" sponsored by Diageo and represented Japan at the global finals of the same competition held in Shanghai. We will deliver world-class cocktails devised for this event.

Born in 1990 in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Although he dreamed of becoming a bartender from an early age, he studied at a confectionery school in Sapporo and then entered the confectionery industry. After working at several patisseries in Tokyo and at the chocolate shop Origine Cacao in Jiyugaoka, he joined BVLGARI Tokyo and Osaka restaurants as a chocolatier in 2015. After gaining experience at Il Cioccolato, he moved to the company's BVLGARI Ginza Bar with the aim of becoming a bartender, where he is well-known for his cocktail recipes that make use of his background as a chocolatier.
