Chef's Dining Buffet × World Gourmet Collection 4th Edition: World Meat Fair

For the year starting in April, we will be offering a variety of delicious delicacies from around the world under the title "World Gourmet Collection."
The cold weather is starting to set in, and it's the season to spend time with family and old friends, reminiscing about the past year's worth of memories.
The theme of the fourth installment, which will brighten up your winter with a variety of conversations, is "World Meat Fair."
The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama will welcome you with a menu of Italian and Japanese cuisine, which the hotel is proud of, as well as a menu supervised by Chef of the Chinese restaurant, which is only available to members and guests of the Yokohama Bay Court Club, all in one place, offering exquisite dishes that will impress even meat lovers.

This time, the Chef's Specialty (dinner only) will be prepared as the best welcome dish, "Cloud White Meat (Chinese Cuisine), Wagyu Beef Low-Temperature Cooking (Japan Cuisine), Consomme Jelly and Cauliflower Cream Caviar and Flavored Oil (Western Cuisine)" prepared by the three Chef.

At the live station, dishes using Japanese Black Beef will be served. After feasting on the gorgeous looking meat dishes, you can enjoy lovely seasonal sweets made by the head pastry Chef.
