MOËT & CHANDON COLLECTION
IMPERIAL DINNER

A gourmet event that combines "the beauty of cuisine," "the beauty of presentation," and "the beauty of the space."

We will be hosting a special dinner where you can enjoy the rare lineup of Moët & Chandon, including the new prestige cuvée, Collection Imperial, which is the pinnacle of Moët & Chandon's expression and the art of haute oenology (advanced brewing science).
Collection Imperial is an assemblage of seven outstanding vintages and is the first Brut Nature from Moët & Chandon, aged for eight years in the cellars using three different ageing methods, including aging in oak barrels and on the lees.

This time, our guest speaker will be businessman Naoyuki Honda.
After the talk show, you will enjoy a special meal at the Italian restaurant RISTORANTE OZIO along with five types of Moët & Chandon champagne: Collection Imperial Creation No.1, the first Brut Nature from Moët & Chandon, Moët Imperial and Grand Vintage 2013, Grand Vintage 2016 and Nectar Imperial, all served in magnum bottles.

Guest Speaker Naoyuki Honda Profile

He spends five months a year in Hawaii, three months in Tokyo, two months in other parts of Japan, and two months traveling mainly to Europe, Oceania, and other Asian countries, leading a dual life where work and play are separated into two parts. Drawing on his experience as a foodie, he now stands behind the counter as a sushi chef, and is active in many areas as a businessman, taking on various challenges.
