"Premium Buffet KIWAMI" is a gourmet event that combines "the beauty of cuisine," "the beauty of presentation," and "the beauty of space." The 6th edition will feature a Chinese cuisine buffet with "Shanghai crab" as the main dish.
Shanghai crab meat starts to firm up around October and becomes more flavorful. Male crabs are in season in November. Da Zha crab miso, which has a deeper flavor than regular crabs and is especially prized among Shanghai crabs, is also available to enjoy to your heart's content.
