<Additional Event> "Premium Buffet KIWAMI" is a gourmet event centered around matsutake mushrooms, a food ingredient that Japan is proud of around the world.

"Premium Buffet KIWAMI" is a gourmet event that combines "beautiful food," "beautiful presentation," and "beautiful space." The fourth edition will feature a Japanese buffet with matsutake mushrooms as the main dish, a food ingredient that Japan is proud of around the world. Chef Aoki of the Japanese restaurant "Kareki" will use a variety of cooking methods to deliver matsutake mushrooms, which are characterized by their excellent texture, pleasant sound when you bite into them, and a vivid aroma that no other mushrooms have.

The gourmet event "Premium Buffet KIWAMI," which combines "the beauty of cuisine," "the beauty of presentation," and "the beauty of space," has changed the main ingredients in the first event: Chinese cuisine "shark fin and spiny lobster," the second event: Japanese cuisine "conger eel, abalone, and prawn," the third event: Western cuisine "truffle," and the fourth event: Japanese cuisine "matsutake mushroom," delivering the most exquisite flavors to everyone.

From autumn to winter, we have a lineup of dishes that will allow you to enjoy gourmet food with the seasons, including the 5th installment: Western cuisine "Porcini", the 6th installment: Chinese cuisine "Shanghai Crab", and the 7th installment: Japanese, Western and Chinese special "Blowfish, Awaji and Lobster".
