Pearly bubbles created by a maison that crafts the art of Chardonnay

The champagne celebrating the 4th anniversary of The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama will be from Ruinart, the world's oldest champagne house, founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart.
Enjoy the flavors of this winery, also known as the "Magician of Chardonnay," which brings out the rich flavor of Chardonnay by carefully selecting the finest grapes and skillfully blending them, along with the bountiful season in which many ingredients are in season.
