The dinner menu has been revamped!

The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama will be revamping its in-room dining (dinner menu).
Chef will prepare special menus for you. Please enjoy a variety of luxurious and exquisite dishes while relaxing in the comfort of your own room.

<Dinner/Western cuisine>

This extremely popular dinner set, personally supervised by Chef of the main dining Italian restaurant OZIO, has wowed the palates of many gourmets.
The most popular items from the actual restaurant are arranged in finger-sized pieces in an original box, with luxurious black truffle-scented French fries on the side, beef cheeks simmered in red wine, and a delicious consommé soup.

A dinner set that captures the local culture and history of Yokohama and is personally supervised by Chef of Japanese Hanagoyomi.
Chef Aoki is skilled at simple yet classic dishes that bring out the best in seasonal ingredients, as well as innovative dishes that are visually stunning and course meals that combine a variety of tempura. Please enjoy a variety of delicate and heart-warming dishes.

Hot dish: Shark fin and sesame tofu hotpot
Cold dish: Okhotsk hairy crab with ginger and vinegar jelly
First layer: Abalone seafood gratin with abalone, shrimp, and squid
