[Entertainment Premium Stage]

Korokke has been active as an impersonator since the 1980s and was known as one of the "Four Heavenly Kings of Imitation" along with Akira Shimizu, Busy Four, and Kanichi Kurita at the "Imitation King Competition." While continuing to present new impersonations, Korokke also puts effort into nurturing the next generation of performers, and will be taking his fun friends on stage.

He made his debut on NTV's "Owarai Star Tanjo" in August 1980. While appearing on TV and radio, he is also regularly invited to impersonation concerts all over the country and performs as the head of a troupe at major theaters such as the Meijiza in Tokyo, the Misonoza in Nagoya, the Shin Kabukiza in Osaka, and the Hakataza in Fukuoka.
His current impersonation repertoire consists of over 300 different impersonations, and he is constantly breaking new ground as an entertainer by performing robot versions, fusing them with hip hop dance, incorporating impersonations into rakugo (rakugo storytelling) called "Monomane Gakugo," and even collaborating with opera and orchestras.
He made his film debut in "Yuzuriha," released in June 2018, as Monmyo "Takikawa Kimihito."
He has been recognized for his many years of contributions to the promotion of art and culture as an impersonator. The achievements were recognized, 2014Received the Commissioner of the Agency for Cultural Affairs' Award in 2013.
