In January, the outfit will be changed to the theme of "Strawberry" and will appear in a gorgeous manner!

A variety of dishes using berries prepared by each Chef. "Foie gras croquette with strawberry combination and balsamic accent", "combination of clear water omare and refreshing strawberry coulis", "berry sweet and sour pork", "shrimp with berry mayonnaise", "Peking duck with berry flavored miso (dinner only)" ” and a variety of gorgeous berry items.

In the lively live kitchen where the chef shows off his skills, we offer freshly fried ``Tempura'', ``Pork shoulder loin BBQ grill'' where large pieces of meat are cut on the spot, and ``Kuroge Wagyu beef indirect roti'' (dinner only). )” and “Three Types of Dim Sum” in a bamboo steamer are now available. A feast of cute bite-sized desserts including “Strawberry Shortcake,” “Tart Phrase,” and “Phrase Chocolat”!
