"Hana Chazen" is a Japanese-style afternoon tea created by Chef Nobuhiro Aoki of "Japanese Hanagoyomi"to brighten up your lunchtime. It is a beautiful lunch course that allows you to enjoy a variety of exquisite dishes made with carefully selected ingredients while still capturing the glamorous and sophisticated atmosphere of Yokohama, a port city that opened its doors to the world. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the private space of all private rooms overlooking the vast water garden, sipping free-flowing black tea, herbal tea and other drinks that go well with your meal.
