Japanese Hanagoyomi floating in a vast water garden. All rooms are private and we welcome you in a private space. A new dinner course has been available since Thursday, July 11th. The menu is full of seasonal flavors, using seasonal ingredients, and the banquet is beautifully presented on tableware carefully selected by Chef. Please enjoy the unique worldview of Chef, combined with the sparkle of the water surface that has been incorporated into the room.

Japanese Hanagoyomi Chef Aoki will be serving eight guests for one day only in the Kareki private room at Kappo Aoki. This time, the focus will be on the autumn ingredient "matsutake mushrooms," which will be enjoyed with autumn sake and the premium sake "Juyondai."
